Copy to
If
Print Thumbnail pages
is checked on the Administrator System
Settings screen, pages with thumbnails of your images will be
generated, and a dialog box allowing you to print these pages will be
displayed. The thumbnail page files are automatically copied to the
selected media at the root level of the order folder. See the section
entitled, “Thumbnail pages” earlier in this chapter.
The Copy To dialog box will be displayed allowing you to copy your
order to another location such as a USB drive or network drive. The
folders for each order will remain on the hard drive in the order
directory, by default C:\Scanned_Pictures.
NOTES:
• To optionally create a new folder, click the
Create New Folder
button, then enter the name of the folder in the text box below

• Only alphanumeric characters, dashes, underscores and spaces are
allowed.
