Calibration
NOTICE:
• All calibration procedures must be performed by trained person-
nel. Incorrectly set parameters may go unnoticed, but change the
measuring properties.
Calibration can be performed by:
• Determining the cell factor with a known calibration solution
taking account of the temperature
• Input of cell factor (e.g. for ultrapure-water sensors)
• Sampling (product calibration)
• Zero calibration in air or with calibration solution
• Temperature probe adjustment
Note:
If measurements are performed in fittings with
A < 110 mm, be sure to choose a calibration beaker
with the same cross-section and of the same material
(metal/plastic)!
Selecting a Calibration Mode
Calibration adapts the device to the individual sensor characteristics.
Access to calibration can be protected with a passcode
(SERVICE menu).
First, you open the calibration menu and select the calibration mode:
Calibration with calibration solution
Calibration by entry of cell factor
Product calibration (calibration with sampling)
Zero calibration
Temperature probe adjustment
