Insufficiently tightened fastening elements can lead to failure of the swivel stop. Moreover, 
supply cables could loosen:

Tighten the M16 setscrew   to 40 Nm. 

 

 

Check that the swivel stop is working properly:

The range of rotation of the extension arm or spring arm must be limited to less than 
360°. 

To modify an installed ball stop  , see section 8.6.2 “Removing the Swivel Stop”, page 97.
