•
Choose one of the 6 hexagonal nuts as
reference point.
•
Screw on the 6 hexagonal nuts under the
flange
in a crosswise sequence to the
flange and tighten with 100 Nm.
•
Remove the transport protection (tape)
from the dual arm extension arm with
spring arm
and screw the spring
arm into the extension of the upper
extension arm.

Check the horizontal alignment of the spring
arm/extension arm:
•
Place a digital water level diagonally to the
length of the spring arm/extension arm on
the spring arm/extension arm (near the
flange ).
•
Rotate spring arm/extension arm by 90° in
different directions and check the horizontal
alignment.
The horizontal deviation may not exceed
± 0.2°.
•
In case of deviations of more than ± 0.2°,
the spring arm/extension arm must be
aligned again according to the installation
steps described above.

Ensure that all hexagonal nuts are safely in place:
•
The 12 hexagonal nuts must butt against the flange .
•
The 12 plastic insulating washers above and below the flange must sit in the
flange and must not be damaged.
•
The 12 hexagonal nuts must be tightened with 100 Nm.
