F7 and F9 minipleat filters
F7/F9 minipleat filters are filters made of non-woven fabric
formed into filter packets in galvanized sheet metal casing;
they are designed for secondary air treatment.
F7/F9 minipleat filters are 98mm deep. The frame for moun-
ting in a guide has a dimension of 25mm.
The filters are mounted in guides with seals and a slat clamp
that is locked on an eccentric connection mechanism (Fig. 29).
Separators from the metal section with seals are mounted
between the filters.
When replacing the filters, it is recommended to replace the
self-adhesive seal fixed inside the guide.
F7/F9 minipleat filters are not to be regenerated and must
be replaced with new ones.
The dimensions of the filters used are specified in the KT
certificate.
