Place the water, lemon juice and egg yolks in a large bowl. Whisk. Melt
the butter 1 min on microwave power level

doesn’t boil. Add the butter to the other ingredients, beat well with a
wire whisk and cook 40 - 50 s on microwave power level

the first sign of bubbles, remove. Whisk, season and cook a couple of
more seconds to thicken further, if necessary. Whisk well and serve. Do
not allow the sauce to boil.
