NOTE: In the event the ignition switch triggers the 825K, the siren will blast
for 30 seconds and then stop for 7 seconds. If the ignition switch is still on,
the siren will go off for another 30 seconds. This cycle will repeat until the
ignition switch is turned off. For all other zones (trunk, hood, door, brake),
the siren will sound for 30 seconds and the triggering zone will be bypassed.
The bypassed zone will be re-enabled after it has been closed/secured, and the
siren will then chirp once and the LCD pager will beep once.
Secure Disarm.
If you press the button while the siren is going off, the
siren will stop but the system will remain armed. Press the button again
to disarm the system.
Whenever you are in an emergency situation where you need to alert others
for help, simply press the and
buttons at the same time. The system
will lock and arm, and the siren will go off and lights will flash for 50 seconds.
Pressing the button any time during the 50 seconds will stop the siren.
Panic Mode
This feature protects your vehicle in the event a thief stops you while driving.
To activate
, press and hold the and
buttons for more than 2 seconds
or press the Anti-Carjack Switch.
When active, the LCD pager will display a flashing
icon, and the starter
circuit will be immobilized. Thirty seconds later, after the thief has driven
a safe distance away from you, the siren will go off for 50 seconds while the
Hazard/Parking lights flash. Lights will continue to flash for 30 seconds after
the siren stops, and then the siren will blast again. This cycle will repeat until
Anti-Carjack Mode is deactivated. Even if the thief stops to disable the siren,
the engine will not start due to the immobilizer.
To deactivate
Anti-Carjack Mode, press the button and the system will
disarm.
Anti-Carjack Mode
A passenger inside your vehicle can send an alert to your LCD pager
