CENTAURI ENERGY SERVER

User Manual - Model 30-2017/12/18-VERSION 1.0

5

Safety Precautions

Please comply with the following items for safe use:

o

This system uses special power supply units, therefore its installation and maintenance must
be done only by authorized technicians.

o

During the installation of the Server, the distance between the equipment and wall must be at
least 300 mm for ventilation and heat dissipation from the system.

o

The temperature of the  surface of the cabinet may rise  to  approximately  50

 ̊

C, therefore care

must be taken always before touching the surface to prevent injuries.

o

Since the storage is external, care must be taken to ensure that the voltage of the storage
bank meets the requirements of the rated voltage of the  Server. Under no circumstances
should a storage bank be connected to the Server with different DC voltage settings than
those required by the Server.

o

Do not open the cabinet of the Server, otherwise it will cause an electric shock. The internal
inspection and maintenance should be conducted only by authorized technicians.

o

After the machine is turned off, its voltage may still be high for a long time, do not open

the cabinet to prevent electric shocks.

o

The “Manual Bypass” switch is used for maintenance and repair of the Server, which can be
performed only by authorized technicians.

o

This  system  is  provided  with  multiple  PV  inputs,  therefore  it  should  be  connected  with
the independent loop, without the electrode grounded.

o

The "EPO" button on the panel is used for emergency stop power supply (power off) of the

Server, please pay attention to its operation.

o

The  internal  short  circuit  of  the  Server  may  lead  to  the  risk  of  an  electric  shock  or  a  fire,

therefore,  under  no  circumstances  should  any  form  of  liquid  be  placed  on  the  product  to
prevent electric shock or other hazards.

o

If  the  Server  malfunctions,  please  cut  off  the  power  supply  quickly  and  contact  an
authorized technician.

o

Do not store or use the Server in the following locations:

Outdoor;

Without cross-ventilation or are dusty;

Near combustible gas or corrosive substances;

With unusually high or low temperatures (±40

) or with high

humidity (>90%);

In direct sunlight or near heating appliances;

o

Please install and use dry powder fire extinguishers. Under no circumstances should a liquid fire
extinguisher ever be used.

o

The external power switch should be installed near the Server so that the power

supply can be cut

off in an emergency.

Warning!

1.

The Server must be reliably grounded when it is connected to the AC load.

2.

Improper operation can be harmful and cause substantial loss, therefore, please follow
instructions and ensure that only authorized technicians work with the Server.
