With a helper place the Flange Assembly flush to Slide Wall as shown in (Fig. 63.2), then attach Flange
Assembly to the (6022) SL Brace using 4 (S7) #12 x 2” Pan Screws (with #12 Screw Bezel) (Fig. 63.1) Make sure
the flat surfaces of the Flange Assembly are flush to the slide wall as shown in (Fig. 63.2)
B:
Pre-drill 1/8” (3.2mm) pilot holes in the mounting locations on Lower SL Insert (approximate spots where circles
are on figure), making sure the pre-drilled holes are a minimum of 1” (25.4mm) deep. (Fig. 63.1)
C:
Attach the Flange Assembly flush to Lower SL Insert using 4 (S6) #12 x 1” Pan Screws (with #12 Screw Bezel)
in the pre-drilled holes as shown in (Fig. 63.1) and to both left and right sides using 5 (S6) #12 x 1” Pan Screw per
side. (Fig. 63.1)
