PEMG Introduction

Power Electronics Model Generator (PEMG) Software

Supported Model Versions

This section provides information on the currently supported model version in the
Model Generator tool.

It imports simple and advanced measurement data and automatically extract a
model that can be used in Keysight’s Advanced Design System (ADS).

IV and CV characterization data and the S-Parameter data are saved in the

*.mdm

file format

. You specify the location for the data files in the PD1000A
