Running the S-Parameter Characterization
Configure Hardware Settings

Enter the Network Analyzer and SMU settings for the test (for example,
frequency range, ENA channel, SMU voltages and current limits, etc.).
– Demo Mode:
(Optional) Check this box if you want to run the S-Parameter
Demonstration. This provides a simple S-parameter plot and result
(*.mdm) file. See “S-Parameter Demo” on page 88.
– Setup the Network Analyzer before measurement:
If this box is checked (default)
the test uses the settings below under Network Analyzer Settings to
configure the ENA for the test. If the box is unchecked, the Network
Analyzer Settings area is hidden and you must setup up the ENA manually.
