N432A User’s Guide

Setting Offsets

The N432A can be configured to compensate for a signal loss or gain in
your test setup. The N432A allows you to apply offsets at three different
points in the measurement path.

The above figure shows that you can apply a

channel offset

or a

frequency- dependent offset

prior to any mathematical functions. This

allows you to compensate the channel separately. An overall offset can be
applied if required using the
