6.6 - Anchoring and preparing the slow panel

7.1 – Beam installation
Attach the sliding runner to the floor, which will act as an abutment
for the lower sliding guide of the panel (floor guide). The positioning
of the sliding runner determines the vertical position of the panels
(“levelled”).
The correct longitudinal positioning of the sliding runner is when it
is flush with the rear of the panel in the closed position which, in
the case of the slow telescopic panel, is when the panel rests over
the wall to the extent of the overlap.
Attach the sliding runner to the floor using appropriate plugs and
screws (not supplied).
Attach the front beam to the rear telescopic beam.
Anchor the front beam to the telescopic beam by tightening the
M6x20 TE screws with their notched washers to the columns,
through the previously prepared holes.
Reconnect the fixed belt block to its bracket on the beam.
Move the panel to the maximum opening position and align the
holes in the connecting bracket of the movable belt block with
the fixing screws of the fixed guide pulley. In this position fix the
bracket to the belt by screwing the 2 lower grub screws at the end
of the block.
