Rhythm (0-10 seconds)
Use:
Insert 2 size AA batteries. A long signal tone will sound,
the LCD will then be illuminated for 2 seconds, and then
the device will begin the standard program.
SETTINGS
– Press the MODE key in order to set Strokes, Time,
Distance, Calories and Tempo.
– When you set the Time, the value TIME will flash. Press
the UP key in order to set a value, and then press
MODE in order to confirm the setting and go to the
next function.
– Enter the values for the different function with the UP
and DOWN keys and then press MODE to confirm the
setting and go to the next function.
– You may, however, also begin directly with the Trai-
ning Session without entering settings.
– STROKES: A “Stroke" means a complete backwards-
and forward movement.
In the starting position, the rower is in front and the
oar is in the rear.
Subsequently the oar moves forward, and the rower moves
backward.
TIME/500M
The electronic system automatically calculates how much
time the user needs for the distance of 500 m, and calcu-
lates from this the SPM. This is the function value
TIME/500M.
The Stroke number count is active. TIME shows “1
：
00”,
LCD counts down, heartbeat signal flashes on the (worn)
chest strap and shows the heart rate. The other indicators
are turned off.

With chest strap
The internal pulse receiver is compatible with uncoded
POLAR chest strap transmitters. Incorrect pulse values may
be displayed with coded systems. We recommend the T34
from POLAR. Please note the relevant instructions.
