Safety instructions
Please note the following points for your
own safety:
• The rowing machine must be placed on a suitable, firm
surface.
• Check that all the connections are really tight before
you start up the rowing machine and the next 6 times
you use it.
• Only use the rowing machine according to the instruc-
tions to avoid injury as a result of incorrect load distri-
bution or overexertion.
• It is not recommended that the rowing machine is per-
manently placed in a damp room as this may lead to
corrosion.
• Regularly check that the rowing machine works and is
in good condition.
• The safety checks are the operator's responsibility and
must be carried out properly regularly.
• Defective or damaged parts must be replaced imme-
diately.
Only use original KETTLER replacement parts.
• The rowing machine may not be used until it has been
repaired.
• The rowing machine's safety standards can only be
maintained if it is regularly checked for damage and
wear.
For your safety:
• Before you start working out, please seek medical
advice from your doctor to establish whether your state
of health is suitable for working out on this rowing this
machine. The medical findings should be the basis for
your training programme. Incorrect or excessive trai-
ning may damage your health.
• Heart rate monitoring systems may be inaccurate.
Working out exessively may seriously damage your
health or result in death. Immediately stop the training
session if you feel dizzy or weak.
