U_encoder = 5V (with short circuit bridging between Pin 3 and Pin13, when using Hall, TTL, Sin/Cos etc.). Compensation of power
loss at connection of encoder SNS+ at Pin 13 (condition: same resistors in up and down line)
** KTY Insulation characteristics as before, that means control board without basic insulation
