Danger

Risk of injury by escaping steam with leak-
ing containers. Therefore, close the lid of
the suction opening prior to operation.

Risk of explosion! The drive of the cleaning
heads must only be switched on while the
cleaning liquid is supplied at the same time.

Perform the cleaning process (the se-
quence of the cleaning process can
take place manually or via a site-sup-
plied controller).

Lower the draw pipe by means of the
lifting unit.

Tilt the spindle (g) of the transport re-
straint into the opening of the plate (h)
and tighten star knob (f).

Note:

The star knob (f) must engage in the

depression of the plate (h). This will prevent
accidental loosening of the transport re-
straint.

Loosen the nuts of the clamping screws
and swivel the clamping screws down.

Lift the tank cleaning device out of the
tank using the lifting unit.

Protect the water-carrying parts of the plant
against frost because they can get totally
damaged. If the system is to be used during
frost conditions, it must be erected in a
frost-free location.

Rinse the tank cleaning device for 30
seconds without adding detergents.

Spray the tank cleaning device with a
high pressure cleaner.

Note:

This will avoid crusting and adhesion

and thus a premature wear of the seals.
This will prevent exterior corrosion by ag-
gressive residual materials.

If a system is to be shut down during frost
conditions, it must be rinsed with a frost
protection solution. Frost protection solu-
tions generally protect from corrosion at the
same time.

Caution

Risk of injury and damage! Note the weight
of the appliance in case of storage.

Caution

Risk of injury and damage! Observe the
weight of the appliance when you transport
it.

When transporting in vehicles, secure
the appliance according to the guide-
lines from slipping and tipping over.

The basis for a safe operational plant is
regular maintenance.
Use only original parts of the manufacturer
or part suggessted by him, such as

replacement and wear parts

Accessory parts

Fuel

Detergent

Danger

Risk of accident while working on the unit!
During all tasks:

Remove voltage from and secure high
pressure pump at the main switch.

Shut off the cleaning liquid supply.

Close the steam supply.
