The "ON" button switches the device into the ready
mode, the lamp "Ready" will illuminate.
If the pressure in the systems sinks below the deter-
mined switch-on point due to the opening of a lance,
the high-pressure pump will be switched on. If the
preset system pressure cannot be reached when
opening additional lances, more pumps will be added
consecutively until the system reaches the preset
nominal pressure or all pumps are in use.
Closing the lances will cause the system pressure to
rise. If the system pressure exceeds the values set on
the overflow valve, this valve will open and part of the
water will flow back into the advance flow container.
The amount of water flowing back into the advance
flow container is monitored by a flow monitor. If the
returned water volume reaches the approximate liter
performance of a pump, the control will shut off this
redundant pump with a delay (variable).
Basically, you must note that the minimum run time of
each pump is 30 seconds for the 11 kW model. The
above mentioned delay times will therefore only be
affected after the minimum run time of the pump has
elapsed. This minimum run time is determined by the
specifications of the gentle start used and cannot be
modified.
The switch-on point for the first high-pressure pump
is 40 bar below the preset nominal pressure. The oth-
er pumps are switched on once the system pressure
falls below the switch-on pressure set via the display
(deviation from the nominal value in percent).
The larger pressure loss prior to switching on the first
pump is intended to decrease the frequent switching
on of the pump to balance the leakage.
If the system is ready and no high pressure pump is
turned on, a timer is started, which will reset the read-
iness of the unit after 6 hours (adjustable). Indicator
lamp "ready" goes off.
Leakage is monitored in two ways:
Leakage in the area of large extraction volumes
This type of leakage can be caused, i.e. by the burst-
ing of a hose.
If one or more pumps are turned on and if the pres-
sure in the system does not reach the preset mini-
mum pressure of 25 within the preset time (variable),
the system will be shut off. Indicator lamp "ready"
goes off. The respective fault code will appear on the
display. This function can be selected and deselected
on the display.
Leakage in the area of small extraction volumes
With small leakage amounts, the pump starts and af-
ter a very short time, the entire water volume flows
back through the overflow valve into the advance flow
container.
Based on this fact, this time is monitored. Here, short
pulses will be created, which represent a water re-
quest. These short requests are monitored. Requests
that are shorter than 2.5 seconds are totalled. If 6 of
these requests occurred without interruption caused
by a request, the system will be shut down. Indicator
lamp "ready" goes off. The respective fault code will
appear on the display.
This behaviour can also be caused when the lance is
used, if the received liter performance is too low.
Here, one must make sure that the nozzles are cor-
rectly aligned.
This function can be selected and deselected on the
display.
The water temperature is measured via a tempera-
ture sensor in the provision container. If the tempera-
ture exceeds a defined limit value (68°C / 85 , cold/
hot water operation), the system will be shut down.
Indicator lamp "ready" goes off. The respective fault
code will appear on the display.
It monitors whether the pressure sensor transmits a
signal. If there is no signal, the system will be shut off.

code will appear on the display.

off. Indicator lamp "ready" goes off. The respective
fault code will appear on the display.
A switch in the water reservoir is used to monitor
whether enough water is available. If this is not the
case, the switch will trigger and the system will be
shut off. Indicator lamp "ready" goes off. The respec-
tive fault code will appear on the display.
