6.2.3 Lifting module (A4) and Cleaning module (A3) error messages

1. Disconnect lifting motor (M30) at A4/X4-2, 6.
2. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
3. If fault remains, replace module A4.
4. Check lifting motor (M30) for low impedance:
– Check terminal EXT-X1 in distribution box (rear
axle).
– Check motor supply cable for crimped, kinked
and worn areas.
– Check Molex plug connections.
– Check motor carbon.

H2/142 Equipment version:
BR/BD 100/250 RI with pre-sweeping system
1. Disconnect lifting motor (M50) at A4/2/X4-2, 6.
2. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
3. If fault remains, replace module A4/2.
4. Check lifting motor (M50) for low impedance:
– Check motor supply cable for crimped, kinked
and worn areas.
– Check Molex plug connections.
– Check motor carbon.
Equipment version:
BR/BD 100/250 RI with side brush
1. Disconnect lifting motor (M40) at A4/1/X4-2, 6.
2. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
3. If fault remains, replace module A4/1.
4. Check lifting motor (M40) for low impedance:
– Check motor supply cable for crimped, kinked
and worn areas.
– Check Molex plug connections.
– Check motor carbon.

3. Switch on key switch (S0).
4. If the error remains, replace A4 clone in question.
