Suction performance too low
Check/clean/replace the seal on the cover
of the dirty water tank
Check the seal (1) at the dirty water tank for
damage and dirt, clean/replace if necessary.
Clean the flat pleated filter in the dirty
water tank
The flat pleated filter (3) can block depending on
the use of the machine and how dirty the areas
to be cleaned.
The flat pleated filter can be pulled out from the
left for replacement or cleaning.
Dirty water tank overflows
Check/replace float switch (S11)
If the float switch (1) does not switch off when the
dirty water tank has reached its maximum level,
it must be checked or replaced.
– Check that the float switch (1) moves easily
and smoothly.
– Remove the retaining screw on the float switch
(1).
– Pull the float switch (1) from the retainer and
check/replace.
Check cable connections to the printed
circuit board for interruptions/replace
defective cables
The float switch (1) is connected to the junction
box (EXT. X1) on the rear left-hand side under
the dirty water tank.
