2. Slide the cleaning head under the appliance so that
the hose points toward the rear.
Only slide the cleaning head halfway under the ap-
pliance.
3. Remove the lid of the cleaning head.
4. Connect the power cord of the cleaning head to the
appliance (same colours must meet).
5. Replace the lid and lock it.
6. Slide the cleaning head halfway under the appli-
ance.
7. Insert the tab into the middle of the cleaning head,
between the fork of the lever.
8. Align the holder of the cleaning head so that the
drilled holes in the lever and the cleaning head
match.
9. Insert the stop pin through the bushings and swivel
the locking plate downward.
10. Insert the cylinder pin into the boring of the drawbar.
11. Slide the drawbar with the pin into the guide channel
on the cleaning head all the way to the bottom.
12. Insert the locking plate into the guide channel and
lock it in.
13. Repeat process on the drawbar on the opposite
side.
14. Insert the grey Intelligent Key.
15. Set brush type "Disc".
Removing D cleaning head
1. Press in the locking plate and swivel the drawbar
upward.
Subsequent removal occurs in the opposite order of the
installation.
Replacing the disk brushes
1. Lift the cleaning head.
2. Press the pedal for changing the brushes downward
beyond its resistance.
3. Pull the disc brush out of the side below the cleaning
head.
4. Hold the new disc brush under the cleaning head,
push upward and lock.
Frost protection
In case of danger of frost:
1. Empty the fresh and waste water reservoirs.
2. Store the appliance in a frost-protected room.
Troubleshooting guide
 DANGER
Risk of injury! Before working on the appliance, remove
the Intelligent Key and the mains plug of the charger.
Pull out the battery plug.
● Drain and dispose of the dirty water and the residual
fresh water.
몇 CAUTION
Risk of injury due to overrun of the suction turbine.
Suction turbine will continue to run for a while after
switch-off. Carry out maintenance tasks only after the
suction turbine has come to a halt.
In case of faults that cannot be remedied using the table
below, please contact customer service.

faults that cannot be rectified by the operator. Please
contact customer service.

Fault Remedy
Fault indication as text 1. Execute instructions on the display.
2. Acknowledge the fault by pressing the Info button.
Fault indication as numerical code 1. Turn the programme selection switch to "OFF".
2. Wait till the text on the display has disappeared.
3. Turn the programme switch Into the previous position.
Only carry out the troubleshooting measures in the indicated order if the error occurs again. The key switch must be in the "0"
position and the emergency stop button pressed.
4. If the fault cannot be repaired, contact customer service and mention the error message.

Seat switch open Seat contact switch has not been activated. 1. Release the drive pedal. Sit on the seat.
Release accelerator! The gas pedal is pressed down when the main switch
is on. 1. Release drive pedal and reactivate.
No direction of travel! Travel direction switch or cable connection defective. 1. Contact customer service.
Battery discharged! Battery voltage is too low. 1. Charge the battery.
Battery voltage inadmissible! Battery voltage is above or below the permissible
range. 1. Contact customer service.
Fresh water tank empty! The fresh water tank is empty. 1. Fill up fresh water reservoir.
The waste water tank is full. 1. Contact customer service.
Brake defective! The brake is defective. 1. Do not drive the appliance.

Propulsion motor hot! Allow to cool
down! Motor protection is triggered. 1. Turn the safety switch to the "0" position.
2. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 15 minutes.
3. Contact customer service in case of recurrence.
