Static IP address
You will use this type of configuration in an environment where the Network Administrator will determine
the IP addresses for communication between the EntraPass server and the KT-NCC(s). The IP address
can be configured using the KT-NCC Web Configuration Page or the KT-Finder.
a Perform a hard reset. (See instructions on page 23.)
b Connect your KT-NCC to the network. (See instructions on page 24.)
c Register your KT-NCC to the EntraPass Global Edition network (See instructions on page 25.)
d Assign Static IP address using the KT-NCC Web Configuration Page or the KT-Finder, and
configure gateway parameters (See instructions on page 29.)
e Check the connection status. (See instructions on page 37.)

You will use this type of setup in an environment where remote sites are protected with routers and they
communicate with each other through the Internet.
a Initialize the KT-NCC in factory reset mode. (See instructions on page 23.)
b Verify the port forwarding configuration with the Network Administrator.
c Connect the KT-NCC to the network. (See instructions on page 24.)
d Register the KT-NCC to the EntraPass Global Server (See instructions on page 25).
