4-9. Operation procedure

Turn on the power switch.
When the power to the machine is turned on, the
data entry screen is displayed. When ready key

is pressed, the background color of the
LCD is changed to green to show that sewing is
enabled.
The sewing machine automatically carries out origin
retrieval and puts itself into the ready state.

Place a garment body and a pocket cloth on the
sewing machine.
Place a garment body on the machine by hand.
Remove your hands from the garment body and
depress left pedal

to lower pocket setting plate

Place a pocket cloth on the pocket setting plate
while keeping the pedal held depressed. The
pocket setting plate goes up by releasing the left
pedal to allow you to re-place the garment body.
Be aware that the pocket setting plate
comes down when you depress the
pedal. Carefully protect fingers and
hands from being pinched by the pocket
setting plate.

Start sewing.
Press start switch

to start sewing.
After presser plate

has moved the material from the sewing position, place the next garment body on the
sewing machine.
