Actuate the hand mixer or electrical stirrer for as long as necessary until the powder dosing medium
is completely dissolved or the concentrated dosing medium is fully mixed in.
Correctly reclose the dosing tank.
6.1.2
Bleeding the dosing pump
The dosing pump must be bled during initial commissioning.
Connect the dosing pump to mains voltage.
Unscrew the bleed valve 1- 2 turns (
).
Press the bleed key (100 %) and hold until the dosing medium flows through the bleed pipe into the
dosing tank continuously and completely free from bubbles.
Fully close the bleed valve again (
).
If the bleed process does not start or comes to a standstill, briefly open and close the
bleed valve (approximately 1 turn) while the bleed key is pressed (100 %)!
