Installation and connection of the dosing pump
To avoid damage to the dosing pump and mounting plate during transport, the dosing
pump is not attached to the dosing tank as delivered!
Before connection of the dosing pump, it must be attached to the dosing tank mounting
plate!
Fig. 2: Setting the dosing pump down
Fig. 3: Securing the dosing pump.
Place the dosing pump on the mounting plate and push to just before the mounting plate retainers.
Press the latching lug of the mounting plate downwards [1] and simultaneously push the dosing
pump down with a light pressure into the retainers [2].
Release the latching lug. The dosing pump is secured on the mounting plate.
Check whether the dosing pump is firmly connected to the mounting plate.
Attention
Use only JUDO dosing hose JDS-T 6/4 for the bleed, suction and dosing pipes!
Ensure that the O-rings on the suction and pressure valves and also on the suction kit
are present and properly inserted. Also ensure that the suction and pressure valves are
fitted with the arrow in the direction of flow!
Always tighten union nuts by hand; do not use any tools!
The bleed and suction pipes are pre-fitted in the factory on the dosing head and the
suction kit!
Keep the pipes as short as possible, always shorten by cutting at a right-angle and route
so they are free from kinks and chafing points.
