Suction pipe kinked, blocked or leaking.
Route suction pipe so that it is free of kinks,
rinse or replace.
Suction valve fitted incorrectly.
Fit suction valve with the arrow in the direction
of flow.
Foot valve or sieve clogged.
Clean foot valve and sieve (Chap. 8.2.2).
Foot valve fouled.
Clean dosing tank.
Crystalline deposits in the suction valve
Clean suction valve (Chap. 8.2.1).
Diaphragm incorrectly installed or
damaged.
Install diaphragm correctly, replace as
necessary (Chap. 8.3).
Clean dosing tank.
Fill dosing tank.
Dosing pump
does not dose

inaccurately
Dosing pipe kinked, blocked or leaking.
Route dosing pipe so that it is free of kinks, rinse
