Set the dosing capacity to 0 % at the rotary knob.
Switch the dosing pump to a voltage-free state.
Take suitable measures to safely capture any returning dosing media.
Demount the suction, dosing and bleed pipes.
Demount the suction and pressure valves.
Remove the cover, loosen the screws on the dosing head and take out together with the washers,
then take off the dosing head (see Fig. 13).
Unscrew the dosing diaphragm (
) and take off together with the flange (see Fig. 14).
Correctly re-seat the flange (see Fig. 15) and screw on the new dosing diaphragm (
). Check the O-
ring is correctly seated!
Supply power to the dosing pump.
By slowly increasing the dosing capacity at the rotary knob, move the dosing diaphragm into the final
suction phase position (dosing diaphragm pulled in, see Fig. 16).
Reset the dosing capacity to 0 %.
Then switch the dosing pump back to a voltage-free state.
Correctly refit the dosing head, tighten the screws in a crosswise fashion (3 Nm) and replace the
cover.
Fit new suction and pressure valves, observe the direction of flow (arrows).
Carefully reconnect the suction, dosing and bleed pipes in a leak-free manner (observe Chap. 4.3).
Bleed dosing pump (see Chap. 8.1).

Removal from service
If the JUDO UNIDOS digital dosing pump system is to be placed out of service for a long time, the dosing
pump must be thoroughly flushed through with clean water. Then ensure that the dosing pump is
hydraulically depressurised and voltage-free. Remaining dosing medium must be properly disposed of. The
dosing tank and the suction kit must be thoroughly cleaned with clean water.
