5.1.5. Fuel level
The fuel quantity is displayed on the JDU in graphical
and numerical format on the left hand side of the
screen.
The displayed fuel quantity is dependent on the
configuration set in Fuel Configuration. The options
are “Probe”, “Calculations” or “Both”:
5.1.6. Probe
When “Probe” is selected, both the fuel bar and the quantity text are
determined using the input from the fuel probe. The fuel bar and
quantity text displays similar values.
5.1.7. Calculation
When “Calculation” is selected, both the fuel bar and the quantity text
are determined using the calculation method. The fuel quantity is
calculated using the user set value and measured fuel flow during
operation.
The fuel bar and quantity text displays similar values.
