The NT Emulator will attempt connection with the remote modem. Once
a connection has been established, the DIAL UP message is replaced with
HANG UP. When you are done talking with the remote NCM and want
to disconnect, move the cursor over HANG UP and press ENTER. If
connection can not be established due to modem errors, attempt to call
the number again, or select a different phone number to call.
