There are three periods you can specify that are used by the Scheduling
function: Regular, Alternate, and Holiday.
Holiday,
Alternate, and
Regular Periods
You can enter Alternate and Holiday periods. Any dates that are not
included in Alternate and Holiday periods are considered Regular for
scheduling purposes.
To define a period that will use the Alternate or Holiday schedule:

Holiday Period
1. Select CLOCK, PERIOD, ALTERNATE or HOLIDAY, then ADD.
2. Follow the screen instructions to enter the beginning and ending
dates for the period.
To modify the holiday period:

1. Select CLOCK, PERIOD, and HOLIDAY. This displays the Current
Holidays screen.
2. Select a holiday.
3. Follow the message in the Instruction Area to modify the holiday.
To delete a period that will use the Alternate or Holiday schedules:

1. Select CLOCK, PERIOD, ALTERNATE or HOLIDAY.
2. Select the period you want to delete.
3. Select
DELETE.
4. Press
ENTER.
