Maintenance
Maintenance and care play a major role in deciding whether the unit meets
the requirements placed on it in a satisfactory manner. Compliance with the
specified maintenance intervals and thorough maintenance and care are
therefore absolutely essential.
For commercial use, we would like to point out that the unit must be subjected
to regular inspections by our customer service or an approved specialized
company every 12 months (from commissioning) to maintain its proper condi-
tion!
Any inspections and maintenance work must be entered into the unit, operat-
ing and service log (Order no. 1019967-..).

Acrylic glass
WARNING!
Cosmetics may cause cracks to form on the surface!
Over the long-term cosmetics or sunscreens cause damage
(e.g. crack formation on the surface).
–
Ensure that cosmetics and sunscreens are removed
before tanning.
The acrylic glass panels for the tanning devices are produced of acrylic glass
developed especially for this application. The acrylics used feature a particu-
larly high UV permeability and resistance, as well as an easy-care, hygienic
surface that is gentle on the skin.
The acrylic glass panels are formed to device-specific shapes in a technically
complex production process. Despite state-of-the-art production know-how,
the presence of minor spots, air bubbles or streaks in the acrylic panels is
unavoidable. In addition, hairline cracks can occur on the acrylic glass panel
during operation.
These occurrences are material-related and are unavoidable in processing.
However, they have no significant effect on use and are therefore not accept-
ed as defects.
Over the course of time the acrylic glass panels become more translucent as
a result of usage and must be replaced on a regular basis according to the
maintenance schedule for wear parts.
