Cleaning the surfaces
Acrylic glass surfaces
CAUTION!
Do not rub dry – danger of scratching!
Failure to observe this invalidates all guarantee claims.
–
For fast, hygienic proper cleaning of acrylic glass sur-
faces, use the specially developed DAYON rapid disin-
fectant.
–
Do not use other cleaning agents, especially concen-
trated disinfectants or solvents (e.g. Lysoform,
ethyl alcohol or other fluids containing alcohol) for
cleaning.
Acrylic glass panels unusable due to soiling!
Soiling on the panels is burned in by the hot lamps and
results in the long term in unserviceable panels.
–
Remove fingerprints, cleaning residues and other soil-
ing carefully.
Plastic surfaces
To clean the painted and unpainted plastic surfaces, it is best to simply use
warm water and a leather cloth. Never use alcohol-based aggressive cleaning
agents or essential oils. These may lead, in the long term, to damages not
covered by the warranty.
Prevent damage to the acrylic glass and plastic surfaces.
–
Remove rings, wristwatches, bracelets etc. before beginning cleaning
work.
5.3.3
Lamps
Low pressure lamps can be cleaned with a damp cloth and without addi-
tional cleaning agents where necessary.
Please note the cleaning schedule and the cleaning intervals specified in
Section ‘Cleaning plan‘ on page 47.
