Pull off the lock rings (pos. no. 3 and 9) and
the roller arm.

Låseringene (pos. nr. 3 og 9) tages af, og
valsearmen trækkes af.
12.
Dismount the air pressure hoses at the air
cylinder (pos. no. 8).

Trykluftslangerne ved luftcylinderen (pos. nr.
8) demonteres.
13.
Dismount the cross bar by screwing the
bolts (width across flats 24) (pos. no. 6) out
and tip the support cylinder towards the
inlet.

Krydspinden demonteres ved at skrue
boltene (NV 24) (pos. nr. 6) ud, og
løftecylinderen vippes mod indløbet.
14.
Remove the lock ring for the lower roller
arm.

Låseringen for nedre valsearm fjernes.
15.
Screw out the screw at the torque rod (pos.
no. 14).
15.
Skruen (NV 19) ved torsionsstangen (pos.
nr. 14) skrues ud.
16.
Pull off the lower roller arm at the same time
as the safety hook (use withdrawal tool).
16.
Nedre valsearm trækkes af samtidig med
sikker-hedskrogen (brug aftrækker).

NOTE.
Must be greased!
NB!
Skal smøres med fedt!

Elevate the telescopic plates behind the
rolling plate and screw out the pointed
screw (6 mm Allen key) in the roller flange
(pos. no. 21).

Teleskoppladerne bag valsepladen løftes op
og pinolskruen (6 mm unbrakonøgle) i
valseflangen (pos. nr. 21) skrues ud.
