The spring force can be infinitely variably adjusted
by tightening/loosing the threaded bushing of the
threaded rod.
Fjederkraften kan justeres trinløst ved at spænde/
løsne gevindbøsningen på gevindstangen.
The procedure is as follows:
Fremgangsmåden er følgende:
1.
Loosen the counter nut (3) by turning it
counter-clockwise. If the spring force is to be
reduced, turn the counter nut, until the
distance between the nut and the threaded
bushing is suitable (2).
1.
Kontramøtrikken (3) løsnes ved at dreje den
modurs. Hvis fjederspændingen skal
reduceres, drejes kontramøtrikken, indtil der
er en passende afstand mellem denne og
gevind-bøsningen (2).
2.
Turn the threaded bushing (2), so that the
spring force is adjusted.
2.
Gevindbøsningen (2) drejes, så fjederkraften
til-passes.
If the bushing is turned clockwise, the spring
force is increased.
Drejes bøsningen medurs, øges
fjederkraften.
If the bushing is turned counter-clockwise,
the spring tension is reduced.
Drejes bøsningen modurs, reduceres fjeder-
kraften.
3. When the spring force has been
appropriately adjusted, turn the counter nut
back to the bushing and tighten it by turning
it clockwise, while the bushing is secured.
3.
Når fjederkraften er justeret efter behovet,
drejes kontramøtrikken igen hen til
bøsningen og spændes ved at dreje den
medurs, medens bøsningen fastholdes.
Vertical belt tensioner placed at roller gear
Lodret remstrammer ved valsegear
The vertical belt tensioner is formed by a fixed “leg”
with a mounted belt tensioner that consists of a
torsion block, an arm and a tension wheel as shown
on the below drawing.
Den lodrette remstrammer består af et fast “ben”
med en påmonteret remstrammer, der består af en
torsionsblok, en arm og et strammehjul som vist på
nedenstående figur.
