Begin by installing the bottom centre fastening (1) of the

glass screen (1) located above the base hatch.

Fit the glass and then put in the top centre fastening.

Tighten so as to allow some movement of the glass.

This movement will be used for centering the windows once

the assembly is pre-assembled.

Repeat this operation for other glass screens. The spaces

between the panes must be identical.

Position the top and bottom intermediate fastenings (between

2 panes) then tighten gently starting with glass screen 1.

After the glass screens installation has been completed,
Ignite the appliance again for several times to make sure it
works correctly.

After operating the appliance for 30 minutes at its rated
output, check the appearance and distribution of flames in
the burner.

Upon the first ignition of the appliance, the final appearance
of flames will only be visible after several hours of operation.
Some volatile compounds (paint, grease, etc.) evaporate
during the first hours of operation and can change the flame
appearance.

The appliance finishing paint is a special paint. With high-
temperature strength that finishes hardening during the first
ignitions. It is very important not to touch the appliance
during these first temperature increases in order not to
damage the paint.

During the first ignitions, the appliance may release smoke
and an odour of paint, but this is normal. Ventilate the room
to make them disappear.

The appliance is now ready to use.

You can briefly start the appliance following the operating
instructions in order to check the position of media and the
correct ignition of all gas orifices.
During the first ignition it may be necessary to perform the
ignition procedure several times to establish a flame. If the
burner does not ignite after several attempts, refer to Annex

Troubleshooting.

INSTALLATION OF THE GLASS SCREENS

It is essential to clean the glass screens with a soft cloth and
a suitable product to remove any greasy residue and avoid
that they set during ignition. Residues may become
permanent after the first ignition.
