• Make sure the tool is switched off and the nozzle is cold
to mount the nozzles.
• If the nozzle comes loose during use, it is likely to ignite
other material. It is important that the accessory is secu-
rely mounted on the tool.
• Touching the hot nozzle can cause severe burns. Only
when the machine is completely cool may the accessory
be fitted or replaced, or with the aid of suitable tools for
fitting and/or replacement.
• Extremely hot nozzle could ignite the clamping base, if
the nozzle has not cooled down completely, place the
clamping base against high temperatures.
• The use of an incorrect or defective accessory can cau-
se hot air backflow and could damage the machine. Use
original accessories.
Charge the battery
• Only use the charger that fits the heat gun.
• The battery is partially charged when delivered. The
battery must be fully charged before first use. You must
remove the battery from the electric heat gun to charge it.
• The battery can be charged at any time. If charging is
interrupted, the battery will not be damaged.
• If the battery runs out of power, the lockout switch will turn
off the power tool and it will stop working.
• In case the cordless gun switches off automatically, do
not press the switch button continuously, otherwise the
battery will be damaged.
NOTE: The NTC temperature device built into the
battery monitors the temperature to be between 0-45 de-
grees to allow the battery to charge and prolong its life.
• To remove the battery, press the unlock button and move
the battery forward to detached it. Do not apply extreme
force.
Switch ON and OFF
• Before switching on the electric heat gun, press the
power switch lock to the left or right, so that the power
switch can be operated.
• Only by continuously pressing the power switch can the
electric heat gun be kept in operation
NOTE: In the initial phase, some smoke will be pro-
duced, this is a normal phenomenon.
• Release the power switch to turn off the electric heat gun
and heating mechanism. The motor and LED light will
turn off within 6 seconds. During this time the power tool
may expel residual high temperature air out of the tool
body. It is normal for the motor and LED light to continue
to run for a while.
• If the heating coil continues to operate during this period
of time, then switch off the power tool completely and
send it to the after-sales service for maintenance before
using it again.
