System information Setup & Preferences
System information
The Stage CL software may be updated from time to time. You can use the Setup
About window to check the version you are using, to install an update or to run
diagnostic tests. To do this:

Touch the ‘Setup’ button on the Home screen then press the ‘About’ button.
Stage CL displays the About window:

Software
version
Shows the installed software and firmware version
Build date Shows the date this version was released.
Serial number Shows the serial number of your console
Update from
USB Opens a window where you can update the console software
from an installer file on a USB memory stick.
Opens a technician’s window used to run a series of
hardware tests.
Diagnostic tests
Updating the Software
To update the software you'll need:
•
A USB stick, with typical windows-compatible formatting (FAT32)
•
The update package obtained from www.jands.com/lighting and copied to
the root directory of the USB stick.
Procedure:
Turn on the StageCL console and wait for the application to start.
