Troubleshooting
(instructions on the display)
In the event of malfunctioning and/or situations that necessitate assistance from a Jacuzzi®,
Service Centre, display keys will flash according to the detected problem, as described below.
Hammam
■
The number of programme sessions carried out exceeds 40.
This message acts as a reminder that only a few hammam, tepidarium and/or calidarium
sessions can be carried out before a scale removal cycle must be performed.
Hammam
■
The maximum number of programme sessions (60) have been carried out; the system
is locked.
You must perform a scale removal cycle (see the relevant chapter).
Hammam
■
One or more programmes have failed to activate
If you have just restored the power supply, wait a few minutes in order for the control system
to initialise the electronic management system; if you have attempted to activate one
programme immediately after another, you must wait until the steam generator can be
drained and rinsed.
- Try pressing the key of the selected programme, waiting for it to switch off and press again
within 20 seconds.
- The key panel lock may be engaged (see relative chapter).
- The key panel may be out of order. Contact Jacuzzi® Customer Service.
Hammam
■
The scale removal cycle was accidentally activated.
Do not pour any liquid in the nozzle and allow 10 minutes to pass from the time the key was
pressed, so that the programme will automatically switch itself off.
Hammam
■
Loading/emptying of water in the steam generator was not carried out.
Check that the water system is functioning correctly; try turning off and then turning on the
main switch, wait until draining and rinsing are complete and then try to re-start the function:
if the problem persists, contact a Jacuzzi® Service Centre.
Bio sauna/Roman sauna
■
There is a water shortage in the steamer.
Fill up the steamer, leaving 10 cm from its opening; if an automatic water filling device is
installed, check that the tap on the supply pipe is open and/or the water system is functioning
correctly.
D
Before filling the steamer tank, if this was in use, wait at least 5 minutes so
that the inner heating element can cool down.
Sauna and/or Hammam
■
The thermal fuse (sauna) and/or the thermostat (hammam) have tripped.
Wait a few moments until the signal disappears; if this fails to happen, try turning off and then
turning on the main switch and then try to re-start the function.
If the problem persists, contact a Jacuzzi® Service Centre."
