The key panel is not able to communicate with the electronic control system.

- The function run time may be over.
- The door may be open; if the door is open for more than 10 minutes the door sensor will
override the function.
Hammam

The function will stop abruptly.

- The steamer (hammam) resistor may be out of order.
- The door may be open; if the door is open for more than 10 minutes the door sensor will
override the function.
Hammam (models with automatic scale removal system)

It is not possible to activate the scale removal cycle.
Check with the installer that the relative switch (dip-switch) present in the electric control box
was correctly configured.
If necessary, contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service centre.
Sauna/Hammam

It is not possible to activate the display programmes.
Check that, where installed, the remote control system has not been activated; if activated, it
must be disabled in order to be able to use the display (refer to the relative manual).
- Though the remote control system is not installed, check the dip-switches inside the electro-
nic control box to make sure that it has not been configured as if installed.
- Try pressing the key of the selected programme, waiting for it to switch off and press again
within 20 seconds.
- The key panel lock may be engaged (see relative chapter).
- The key panel may be out of order. Contact Jacuzzi® Customer Service.
