DRIVING _________________________________________________________________
Read and follow all safety instructions contained in this manual when you drive the mower. When you operate in the
reverse direction, look behind you to make sure you have a clear path.
IMPORTANT: Equipment must meet the current regulations to be driven on the public roads.
Push the PTO switch to the OFF position and lift the cutting units to the transport position.

TRANSPORT LATCHES ____________________________________________________
The mower is has transport locks to lock the side decks in their
upright position. Use the transport locks when you drive the mower
on rough ground, public roads or the mower is on a trailer.
To engage transport locks:
1.
Completely lift the wing decks.
2.
Engage the parking brake, stop the engine and remove the
key.
3.
Pull the transport lock away from the lift arm. Rotate the
transport lock until the pin is in the horizontal slot. The spring
will pull the transport lock into the hole in the rear lift pivot.
4.
Repeat for the other side wing deck.
To disengage transport locks:
1.
Pull the transport lock away from pivot until pin is aligned to
the vertical slot.
2.
Rotate the transport lock until pin is at the top of the slot.
Release the transport lock.
NOTICE
To prevent damage to the mower, make sure that the transport
latch is disengaged before you lower the wing decks.
