Manual instruction |

Gasoline chain saw

EN

The  service  life  of  the  chain  depends  upon  the

sufficient lubrication and proper tension.

In order to check the tension level of the saw chain

(1), pull it slightly aside from the center line of the

guide  bar  (2)  and  then  release  the

chain. If the saw chain (1) is stretched

properly, it can be pulled aside from

the  guide  bar  (2)  by  a  maximum  3

mm; moreover, it must return to its

original  position  under  its  own

elasticity.

Adjust the tension of the saw chain (1) as follows:

loosen the nuts (19) with the help of the multi-

•

purpose wrench (20);

adjust  the  tension  of  the  saw  chain  I  with

•

the  tightening  screw  (24),  by  turning  it  with  a

screwdriver  on  the  multi-purpose  wrench  (18).  To

increase  the  tension  of  the  saw  chain  (1)  turn  the

tightening  screw  (24)  clockwise.  To  decrease  the

tension  of  the  saw  chain  (1)  turn  the  tightening

screw (24) counterclockwise.

tighten the nuts (19) with the help of the multi-

•

purpose wrench (18) without applying the excessive

force, in order not to damage the threaded joint.

Initial operating

Prior to the start of the operation check

the tension of the saw chain (1), as well

as the oil level and fuel level in the

tanks.

Oil level check

Prior to each use of the machine, as well as after

every 10 minutes of operation it is necessary to

perform a check of oil level in the oil tank.

Place the machine on its side on flat ground.

•

Clean  the  surface  around  the  plug  (15)  and

•

unscrew it.

Insert  the  clean  rod  into  the  mouth  of  the  oil

•

tank:  if  the  oil  level  doesn’t  reach  2/3  of  the  rod’s

length add oil into the tank.

Replace the plug (15).

•

In order to avoid damage to the machine, use the

oil of recommended grade. Any use of re-filtered

or waste oil is prohibited; any damage that might

emerge in such case shall not be subject to the

warranty repair.

Fuel level check

Prior to each use of the machine it is necessary to

perform a check of the fuel level in the fuel tank.

Place the machine on its side on flat ground.

•

Clean  the  surface  around  the  plug  (14)  and

•

unscrew it.

Insert the clean rod into the fuel tank, if the fuel

•

level doesn’t reach 2/3 of the rod’s length, add fuel.

Replace the plug (14).

•

Petrol-oil mixture is used as the fuel for the two-

stroke engine of the machine; see mixture ratio in

the technical data table. The use of any other fuel

mixtures or pure petrol for filling up the machine

is prohibited, it may damage the engine and void

your right for warranty repair.

Switching On/Off

Switching on

Set the switch (12) to “On”.

•

Pull out the throttle lever (13) completely.

•

Lay  the  machine  down  and,  while  holding  the

•

lower portion of the rear handle (9) with the foot,

pull  smoothly  the  handle  of  the  starter  cord  (8)

smoothly until you feel resistance.

Pull on the starter cord (8). Repeat until the motor

•

starts. As soon as the engine runs smoothly, return

the throttle lever (13) back to the middle position.

Press the accelerator (16) halfway.

•

The  unlocking  button  (17)  will  lock  the

•

accelerator (16).
