Safety regulations for the use
This model row of the gasoline chain saw is intended
for felling trees, cutting logs, branches, timber,
planks and so on and it may be used for transverse
or longitudinal cuts. The machine is only suitable for
right-hand use.
You find in the specialized trade or on our website
our assortment of accessories which allows an
extensive application for the use.
The following listed safety instructions should serve
you for the right use and for the protection of your
own safety. Therefore please read this very carefully.
When passing this device over to a third person,
these instructions must be handed out, too.
Before operating the machine
The machine shall be operated only by a person •
properly acquainted with the use and maintenance
and able to demonstrate the ability to operate it
properly The machine can not be used by children
or adolescents.
Use protective gloves while mounting the •
machine, tightening the saw chain as well as
performing functional checks, as this enables you
to avoid injuries due to contact with sharp edges of
the saw chain.
Any operation of the machine with damaged •
or dismantled safety guards is prohibited. Never
operate the machine that is not properly assembled
or that underwent unapproved modifications.
The operator or the machine’s owner
shall be liable for the possible accidents
or damage that may be caused to a third
persons or their property.
When operating the machine
It is obligatory to wear tight-fitting clothing •
during the work: loose clothing or jewelry may get
caught in with the running chain of the machine.
Wear non-slippery footwear and use individual
protective means: gloves, goggles or mask a helmet
if the danger of head injury exists. e. g. when cutting
or branches).
Never touch the cutting unit of the machine with •
your hands, do not touch the running saw chain
with your hands.
When operating the machine hold it with both •
hands. When cutting billets on the saw-horse secure
the reliable fixing of the billets to be sawn (e.g. with
the help of brackets or jigs).
When operating the machine pay attention to •
the steady support and keep balance, especially
when ladders are used.
The machine is intended for cutting wood only. •
Any cutting of billets of other materials will cause
damage to the machine; in such case the right for
warranty repair shall become void.
