locking device has securely retained
the shaft.
3. Ensure that all the guards are in place.
4. If PTO driven equipment is connected
to the swinging drawbar, the drawbar
must be set so that there is some hor-
izontal and vertical distance between
the end of the PTO shaft and the pin
hole in the end of the drawbar(there is
not to be any collision between them).
HYDRAULIC LIFT SYSTEM
WARNING
Before operating any of the controls
ensure that all pedestrians are clear of
the tractor and its implements.
The hydraulic system combines the
tractor and implement into one unit with
the implement hydraulically controlled.
The full specification of hydraulic sys-
tem for permissible use is shown in table
3-2. This system is controled by a lever
located in the right hand of seat and pro-
vides the following three functions:
1. In order to raise the lift arms, move the
position control lever up until desired
height is reached, then let it be remain
in steady state.
2. In order to lower the arms , move the
position control lever down until de-
sired height is reached, then let it be
remain in steady state.
3. To keep implement in the steady state,
put the lever in the neutral position.

Lever positions:
Control lever in the fully up position to
“transport”.
Control lever in the fully down position
to work in the soil or put the implements
on the ground surface. In this position
by using control lever, it is possible to
use hydraulic system and adjust required
depth of plough in soil.
Control lever between down and up
(Position control range),controls the
height of implements.

Tillage operation
Entering work:
Move the Control Lever to the ‘DOWN’ po-
sition to lower the implement into work.
The implement will start to penetrate as
the tractor moves forward. The further
the lever is moved to the ‘DOWN’ posi-
tion, the deeper the implement will tend
to penetrate.
