Install the drive bay retention bracket into the gap betwwen the top of the drive bay modules and the
chassis (see letter ‘A’)
•
Secure the drive bay retention bracket to the chassis using six fastener screws (8 in/lbs torque) (see letter
‘B’)
•
Secure the I/O Module bay to the chassis using two fastener screws (8 in/lbs torque) (see letter ‘C’)
•
Carefully place the system on its side and secure the bottom of the I/O module bay to the chassis using 1
fastener screw (8 in/lbs torque) (see letter ‘D’)
•
Re-attach all cables described in steps 5 & 6 of the removal process
•
Install system fan assembly (see section 2.4.2)
•
Install air duct (see section 2.3.2)
