Appendix H: Manual Register Settings

In some cases, the user may chose to perform the recommended tests manually. This appendix
contains information on the manual register settings that must be completed to perform various
tests in various 1000BASE-T silicon. For information on how to perform the manual test
procedure, please refer to the appropriate IEEE specification document.

Note:

Some tests require the same register to be adjusted more than once or in a specific sequence. Adjust
the registers in the order listed from left to right.
