Defining the Quality of Service profile (requested)
This command allows the application to request a certain QoS from the
provider. This should offer better conditions than the minimum acceptable
profile (AT+CGQMIN).
<cid>
Index of a defined PDP context (refer to
AT+CGDCONT
),
for which the requested profile is to be valid.
