For CS 2060/3060/4060
1. Please shut down the faulty node before replacing it. Disconnect all cables on the faulty controller and remove it,
insert the new one and power on the CS.
2. To remove the faulty controller, you need to unfasten the retention screw, hold the rim and pull the controller out of
the enclosure.
3. Insert the replacement carefully until you feel the contact resistance when the board edge connectors are
engaging the backplane.
4. Secure the replacement controller to the enclosure with the retention screw. Kindly note that the new controller
would be set as factory default before shipping.
5. You may still see failed node showing on EonOne display, please go to Settings > Node replacement to replace
the failed node. Please go to Storage balancing to rebalance the data from the remaining node to the new node.
