4 Connections
4.1 Connection Concept
Use CAT5e or better quality Ethernet cables, router / switch to construct your Ethernet
network.

For the initial startup and setup, users may need a PC/ laptop and Ethernet cable to
connect to the EonNAS Pro and enter its’ Web User Interface to setup specific settings.
Users can trunk (black dotted circle) Ethernet ports 1 and 2 to boost the bandwidth.
Users can also create pools
and folders
to share over the network.
Please refer to the Web-Interface Manual for detail configurations.
The local area network (LAN) PC connections are limited to number of connection
ports on the switch/ router for physical connections and is limited to IPs (2~254) for
wireless networks.
The number of allowed remote connections can be configured by the user (please
refer to your switch/ router device manuals) or the Web-Interface Manual.
