Technical Documentation

Breakage of the CH flow probe (B1) prevents functioning in central heating and domestic

hot water modes.

The intervention is signalled with the error code 05 on the boiler control panel.

The breakage of the DHW probe (B2) is signalled on the boiler control panel display with

the relative error code (

06 for instant boilers and 12 for boilers with storage tank

). The boiler

however continues to function in DHW mode.

If a fan speed is detected that is out of safe limits (

700-6700 rpm

) the burner is switched

off and it cannot be re-ignited for 7.5 minutes.

The intervention is signalled with the error code 16 on the boiler control panel.

The main switch (S2) must be turned to the Reset position in order to restore functioning

of the appliance.

Fan safety speed

T prevent overheating of the water-gas heat exchanger, if the boiler temperature detected

by the NTC flow probe (B1) exceeds 105 °C, the fan is made to work until the tempera-

ture drops below 100 °C.

Flow over-heating ventila-

After burner switch-off following an overheating block (

water or combustion products

), the

fan is made to work for 600 seconds (

10 min

) at maximum set speed in order to dispose

of the residual heat.

The combustion chamber is washed after switch-off of the burner at the end of any request

and the fan works for 55 seconds at minimum set speed.
