5. Before the status of the contact closures is displayed, you must configure and
enable this feature on the PDU web interface. Click
Environment
, and then
click
Configuration
. The Configuration of Environment Sensor page opens.
You can configure and enable both contacts and set upper and lower ranges of
temperature and humidity that will generate SNMP traps and e-mail notification
if the PDU is configured to do so.
